Manager, International Compensation & Benefits (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Design, implement, communicate, and manage compensation and benefits programs across an international region covering more than 15 countries.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark data, manage benefits vendors, and lead international pension governance, implementation, and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and lead cross-functional C&B projects, policy development, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes through compensation and benefits due diligence, integration planning, and harmonization analysis.
• Use data analytics, reporting, automation, AI-enabled solutions, process simplification, and digital self-service tools to improve employee and HR experiences.
• Lead and develop the Compensation and Benefits team while partnering with global centers of excellence, business leaders, HR professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• B.A. in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a global software company.
• Experience managing regional compensation and benefits programs, including country-specific benefits programs.
• Experience designing, implementing, and communicating compensation and benefits programs.
• Experience educating, mentoring, and training business leaders and HR professionals on compensation and benefits topics.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and procedures, with in-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong project management, quantitative analytical, critical-thinking, interpersonal, judgment, and data-based decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, self-driven, proactive, adaptable, discreet, and able to partner effectively with business leaders and HR.
