Retention Operator (iGaming, full-time remote)
An international iGaming company is looking for a Retention Operator to work with existing players.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound calls to existing players
• Communication via WhatsApp, Telegram and email
• Presenting bonuses and promotions
• Handling objections
• Working with CRM
• Meeting KPI targets
Requirements:
• Native Norway or Finland or Sweden — mandatory
• Conversational English (for team communication)
• 1+ year of experience in retention or sales
• iGaming experience is a plus
We offer:
• Remote work
• Fixed salary 1500 usdt + bonuses
• Working hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00
• Training and career growth
