AI Native Fullstack Engineer (Vision One XDR Workbench)

hirify.global develops cloud security software and the Vision One platform, with XDR capabilities for investigation, recording, and reporting of system activity across AI applications, endpoints, servers, cloud workloads, email, and networks.

What you will do

• Start from an anchor domain in backend, frontend, or DevOps and develop working knowledge across all three areas with AI assistance.
• Understand product domains and user workflows, then translate requirements into precise system specifications using BDD and TDD.
• Integrate AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code into specification writing, test generation, implementation, code review, and debugging.
• Own the engineering cycle from requirements and architecture-aware implementation through review across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps.
• Monitor service reliability signals and feature usage to validate product outcomes and guide subsequent iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI-native development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code in a real or side project.
• Ability to write clear BDD/TDD specifications that scope AI-assisted development.
• Ability to provide effective context when working with AI and understand how input quality affects output quality.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and consider system-wide concerns including API contracts, data models, and security boundaries.
• Backend track: experience with Java and AWS cloud services; or frontend track: browser JavaScript development with React and HTML/CSS/JS; or DevOps track: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure operations.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge beyond the anchor domain across frontend, backend, or DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including networking, security, and computing.
• Experience operating products or services at large scale.
• Deep understanding of networking and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of agent frameworks or common agent design patterns.
• Familiarity with harness engineering techniques for guiding AI toward higher-quality outputs.
