Field CTO (EDA and AI)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; frequent travel across APJ, including China, is required.

What you will do

• Architect solutions on the hirify.global Data Platform for EDA and AI workloads across APJ.
• Connect EDA and AI customers with the broader CTO Office and internal specialists.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and advisory services.
• Advise GTM, presales, post-sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams on customer requirements and technical strategy.
• Oversee large and complex customer engagements and champion innovation across EDA and AI.
• Build partnerships with EDA vendors, foundries, hyperscalers, and GPU providers while representing hirify.global at regional industry events.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical experience in relevant industries.
• Experience architecting AI infrastructure environments and working hands-on with EDA workflows and semiconductor design compute environments.
• Experience deploying and using multiple AI frameworks and technologies.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience as a technical evangelist, including designing and running customer workshops.
• Ability to work from Taipei, Taiwan and travel frequently across APJ, including China.

• Experience translating technical concepts into business value for enterprises adopting AI, foundation model builders, neocloud providers, and semiconductor design houses.
• Strong customer and partner relationship-building experience.
• Knowledge of emerging EDA and AI technologies and market trends.
