Product Master Data Manager (AI)

Location: Bordon, United Kingdom; hybrid working environment.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global UK's product master data, including oversight of the ERP Stock Module and continuous improvement of data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Define in-scope data fields, design and implement Master Data Management strategies, and establish validation workflows with clear RACIs.
• Drive product data collection, matching, updating, validation, new product checks, and weekly release actions with purchasing, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Use exception reporting and goods-ready dates to focus corrective actions, clean and resolve duplicate or inconsistent master data records.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Merchandise, Buying, suppliers, and QA to ensure product data supports business needs and relevant safety standards.
• Improve master data collection through tools such as AI, train colleagues, and disseminate product master data across business workstreams.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a comparable role.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, high numeracy, and strong Excel competency.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment involving multiple departments and people.
• Collaborative and empathetic approach, resilience, determination, initiative, and a self-starting attitude focused on delivering results.

• A valid UK driving licence.
