We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to join our team at GB2B in Warsaw.
You'll be the bridge between business, product and engineering: turning ideas and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements our developers and QA can build on with confidence.
What you'll do:
- Gather and document functional & non-functional requirements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
- Work closely with backend, frontend, UX/UI and QA.
- Catch gaps and technical risks early.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Technical BA / Requirements Analyst.
- Confidence in technical conversations with engineers.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery and SDLC.
- Bonus: iGaming, fintech or other regulated industries, APIs & data flows.
