TL;DR
Tax Reporting Specialist (AI): Producing and coordinating client tax reports, implementing new tax rules, and managing acquisition data in the core banking system with an accent on reporting quality, regulatory implementation, and tax service development. Focus on solving tax-related issues, collaborating on technical process implementation, and applying AI-enabled tools in a detail-oriented banking environment.

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; based at Bleicherweg 21 and moving to Baar in 2030.

What you will do

  • Produce client tax reports internally and coordinate quality assurance for externally produced reports.
  • Monitor and implement new tax rules and contribute to the ongoing development of the Tax Service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for relationship manager inquiries.
  • Manage acquisition data in the core banking system.
  • Collaborate on tax-related projects and the technical implementation of existing and new processes.

Requirements

  • Entry-level or experienced professional with broad theoretical job knowledge typically gained through advanced education.
  • Ability to explain facts, policies, and practices related to the role.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to use AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
