Customer & Commercial Operations Specialist (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Shanghai, China; travel required for 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Support the manager with team alignment, operational improvements, complex issue resolution, and strategic goals.
• Develop and standardize training materials and process documentation.
• Coordinate with FSO, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, customers, and other stakeholders on complex issues and expedition strategy.
• Manage complex customer requests and multi-site scenarios involving orders, billing, entitlement, and MDG customer master setup.
• Contribute to RIT/UAT system testing, resolve recurring B2B and ASN issues, and recommend system improvements.
• Maintain compliance, support functional KPIs, strengthen customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the function integrates with other areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems, analyze information from multiple sources, and exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Ability to work within broad guidelines and policies while influencing resource allocation, process development, and delivery commitments.
