Project Employee, Digital and Social Content Design

Location: Secaucus, USA — Remote; nights and weekends are required as needed.

Salary: $2307.69 biweekly.

hirify.global is a global sports and media organization creating and distributing basketball content across digital, social, broadcast, and partner platforms.

What you will do

• Produce nightly real-time graphics focused on quality and audience engagement.
• Create graphics and story-driven content for hirify.global social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and GIPHY.
• Support real-time game coverage from the hirify.global’s Content Command Center, including overseeing graphics during nights and weekends.
• Maintain a consistent hirify.global brand voice across social posts and participate in content planning sessions.
• Monitor social media trends, propose ideas for reaching new audiences, and deepen fan engagement.
• Potentially cover hirify.global events by publishing behind-the-scenes content to hirify.global platforms.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented approach to design, including attention to kerning, logo usage, style guides, and compliance.
• Strong passion for the hirify.global, its players, coaches, and teams.
• Knowledge of basketball statistics, analytics, and rules of the game, plus familiarity with hirify.global culture, including sneakers, fashion, and music.
• Proficiency across major social media platforms and understanding of how the hirify.global uses each platform.
• Strong writing skills and sound editorial judgment.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and adapt to evolving schedules and priorities.
