Fitness Content Associate (Fitness Gaming)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid with remote work up to 3–4 days a week. Occasional travel may be required for company events, external meetings, and other business activities.

Compensation: $35/hour, 20 hours/week. Part-time 3-month contract.

hirify.global develops hirify.global Playground, a motion-tracked active play system with fitness, gaming, educational, and interactive experiences for families.

What you will do

• Choreograph BoxFlow boxing workouts to music using jabs, crosses, hooks, slips, squats, and blocks for beginner and intermediate players.
• Write and record voiceover scripts that cue combinations, coach form, and motivate players; appear on camera as needed.
• Design and lead fitness challenges and programs across BoxFlow and hirify.globalGym.
• Engage the fitness community as a coaching voice and bring feedback to the team.
• Partner with designers and engineers on new workout interactions for the living room.
• Playtest and tune workouts, then pitch an initial fitness challenge or program using available tracking.

Requirements

• Group fitness teaching experience and a fitness certification such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• Solid boxing fundamentals and the ability to create combinations that are fun and safe.
• A strong sense of rhythm and the ability to map punches to music.
• Clear, energetic script writing and confident delivery on microphone and camera.

Nice to have

• Boxing or kickboxing coaching experience.
• Experience creating fitness content for apps, streaming, or social media.
• An existing fitness community or social presence.
