Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Remote; Lima, Peru. Standard working hours in EST. U.S. Federal Holidays.

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 per month.

What you will do

• Edit raw footage supplied by the firm and lead attorney into Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
• Curate and draft context-appropriate copy for personal and professional audiences.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage distribution for the law firm’s official pages and the lead attorney’s Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
• Monitor comments and incoming messages, conduct light engagement, and maintain audience connection.
• Work with the lead attorney to turn raw photos, personal updates, and firm insights into social posts.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and producing video content for U.S.-based companies.
• Proficiency with modern video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva, including captions, pacing, hooks, and short-form video optimization.
• In-depth understanding of publishing dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify technical risks and recommend solutions independently.

• Experience marketing law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
