Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Minsk office and remote collaboration across teams in Belarus and the U.S.

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain modular, embeddable micro-frontend reporting components with Vue.js for dashboards, partner portals, and mobile WebViews.
• Design component APIs for charts, data tables, metric tiles, filters, and other analytics widgets.
• Establish state management, event isolation, dynamic bundle loading, and cross-micro-frontend communication standards.
• Optimize loading performance and chart responsiveness on mobile POS devices with limited processing power and memory.
• Write tested TypeScript and Vue.js code, collaborate with Golang and ClickHouse backend engineers on reporting API schemas, and work with UI/UX designers on dense responsive layouts.
• Use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for UI development, test generation, and refactoring; participate in standups, planning, retrospectives, and distributed collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial front-end development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Deep Vue.js expertise, including Vue 3, Composition API, Script Setup, Pinia or Vuex, Vuetify, custom directives, and component lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing micro-frontend architectures, such as Module Federation, single-spa, Web Components, or iframe/event-bus bridges.
• Experience building data-dense dashboards, real-time analytics charts, or complex reporting widgets using ECharts, Chart.js, D3, or similar libraries.
• Experience building responsive applications optimized for mobile environments, including Android WebViews or hybrid mobile apps.
• Proficiency with Vite, Webpack, TypeScript, CSS preprocessors, and automated testing with Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Active daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, experience in distributed international teams, and excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for streaming real-time reporting updates.
• Working knowledge of backend API integration with Golang microservices.
