Senior Lead Business Intelligence

Location: Krakow, Poland; onsite role with global coverage. Travel for workshops and meetings may be required, possibly once every six months.

What you will do

• Act as a product owner, taking business intelligence initiatives from scoping through development, user testing, and communication.
• Develop impactful dashboards using supported business intelligence tools within agreed timelines.
• Lead enhancements to existing BI solutions to optimize applications and support measurable business conclusions.
• Manage project communication, stakeholder alignment, deliverable status, and documentation using Confluence, Jira, Aha, or related tools.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Qlik Sense, SQL, and/or additional business intelligence experience.
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, able to balance multiple priorities, and able to deliver on timelines.
• Exposure to business processes including Sales Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations.
• Ability to travel for workshops and meetings when needed, possibly once every six months.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of CRM Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, GenAI, and/or other BI or data-mining tools.
