Junior Technical Project Manager (Strategy & Operations)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model with remote work on Fridays. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Design and develop internal tools, applications, and prototypes to optimize business processes and operational efficiency across European markets.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions to improve business performance.
• Coordinate the development, testing, and continuous improvement of internal tools with technology teams in Germany.
• Collaborate with European markets and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather feedback, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support the rollout of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and ongoing support for local teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in strategic business development, consulting, or start-ups, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Degree or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Google Apps Script, with knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Docker, Google Sheets, Visual Studio, AWS, or Jenkins.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in process optimization, automation, or developing internal tools.
• Additional language skills.
