SAP Analytics Consultant (SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP Datasphere)

Location: Hybrid work model with offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk, Poland.

What you will do

• Deliver SAP data and analytics solutions across data modelling, integration, analytics, and planning.
• Engage stakeholders and guide discussions on operating architecture, business benefits, and technical implementation.
• Lead data modelling and data-flow design in SAP BW or SAP Datasphere.
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, layered data approaches, harmonized analytical models, and reusable data products.
• Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, and planning models.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories and provide technical guidance to junior team members when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP BI, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong data modelling and end-to-end analytics expertise.
• Experience with SAP BW upgrades and migrations to SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere.
• Skills in frontend design and visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Very good understanding of integration patterns, performance, and scalability in SAP and BI environments.
• Experience working in distributed onshore/nearshore delivery models.
• Basic SAP ABAP routine and ABAP CDS view development in S/4HANA is required.
• Senior, solution-driven mindset; strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and delivery reliability.
• Ability to adapt to static and agile project methods.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and SAP S/4HANA OData APIs.
• SAP HANA analytical modelling and data engineering experience.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or modern data platforms in an SAP context.
• German language skills.
