APERCON is looking for a senior commercial leader for an international iGaming company developing its B2B iGaming business.

☑ Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive business growth
• Acquire new B2B clients and establish strategic partnerships with operators and aggregators
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage key accounts and strategic deals
• Build and develop commercial functions, including Sales and Account Management

☑ Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (Head / Director / C-level) within iGaming
• ❗ Mandatory experience in B2B sales of slot games to iGaming operators and aggregators, working directly for a game provider.
• Established and active network of contacts among iGaming operators and aggregators
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition and commercial growth
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and leadership skills
• Russian — mandatory
• English — conversational level
