2027 Intern - STA Agent Developer Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Develop AI agents using the internal AI platform.
• Build and maintain RAG- and knowledge-graph-based systems.
• Apply LLMs to engineering workflows, including information retrieval, report analysis, and issue investigation.
• Work with STA and CAD engineers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve agent performance through prompt engineering and knowledge optimization.
• Document solutions and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of LLMs and AI agent concepts.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or related AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new domains.
