TL;DR

Salary: $50–$100 per hour

What you will do

  • Design and execute test cases to validate AI-generated outputs.
  • Review, annotate, and label datasets for AI training.
  • Identify errors and inconsistencies in model predictions.
  • Document test results and provide actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate on improved testing methodologies and recommend data quality and model performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect reporting.
  • Experience with data quality and validation.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • English communication at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation.
  • Prior AI experience is beneficial but not required.
