What you will do
- Develop realistic coding challenges for AI models.
- Debug complex software issues, fix defects, and implement new features.
- Refactor and optimize existing codebases for performance.
- Build reproducible reinforcement-learning environments with deterministic verifiers.
- Provide reference solutions and document technical reasoning.
- Review code submissions for accuracy, quality, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting bugs, improving performance, automated testing, and debugging.
- GitHub profile demonstrating relevant open-source contributions, or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
