Innovator Software Engineer - Keynote Demo (Salesforce): Building interactive digital and physical product demonstrations and prototypes for Salesforce keynotes with an accent on frontend engineering, tactile experiences, and emerging technologies. Focus on architecting stable live demos, integrating software with hardware and presentation systems, and delivering complex prototypes for large audiences.
Location: Mexico City, hybrid, with travel to major events; at least 33% travel required

What you will do
- Develop innovative digital and physical demonstrations that showcase Salesforce products.
- Design and build prototypes for product launches, keynotes, events, and innovation centers.
- Own the architecture of software prototypes and tactile experiences across multiple devices and presentation formats.
- Prepare demos for rehearsals and live delivery, including code freezes, deployments, stability checks, setup guides, and speaker coaching.
- Collaborate with product marketing, designers, product engineering, production teams, localization teams, and vendors.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and improve demo stability, build efficiency, and technical quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Expertise in frontend development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, or Node.
- Experience with Java, Python, or similar languages, plus Git, , and AWS.
- Salesforce platform experience, including Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Administration, unit testing, and package management, is required.
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery, create innovative concepts, and implement projects from concept through production and field installation.
Nice to have
- Experience creating live product demonstrations for conferences, keynotes, executive briefings, or webinars.
- Slack platform development, Tableau integration, and data visualization experience.
- Experience with large-format screens, car dashboards, AR/VR, iOS, Xcode, Swift, or hardware integrations.
- Knowledge of backend concepts such as servers, REST APIs, and microservices.
