Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of customer solutions across the full data centre lifecycle.
• Lead RFPs and oversee technical and engineering deliverables for strategic customer opportunities.
• Create solution architectures, high-level M&E schematics, space plans, technical calculations, and customer-facing presentations.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable design initiatives and advanced infrastructure solutions across the APAC region.
• Partner with connectivity teams on network and interconnection strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, stakeholder meetings, technical discussions, and technical and contractual lease negotiations.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in design, technical solutions, sales, or consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics and Computer Engineering; equivalent qualifications may be considered.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, plus knowledge of Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, technical writing, documentation, and executive communication skills.
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear customer and stakeholder communications.
