UX Research Apprentice

Location: Hybrid position based in Canada, with on-site work and remote work from a home office; candidates must be based in Canada.

Salary: CAD $1.00–$749,999,999.50 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design and conduct user studies for new and existing consumer product features.
• Evaluate user perception and product usability.
• Analyze research findings and make concrete, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate and communicate with Consumer Products team members throughout the research process.
• Contribute to improving hirify.global’s product design and research practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada; relocation assistance is not provided.
• Graduated or expected to graduate by December 2026.
• Relevant work or project experience in an applied research setting.
• Knowledge of statistics and experiment design principles.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new user research tools.
