Manager, Programmatic Marketing

Location: United States; preference for candidates based in Seattle or New York City and able to work hybrid, 2 days per week in the office. Full-time employees are currently hired in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead programmatic strategy and execution across display, online video, CTV, and retail media.
• Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates, including coaching, work review, and quality assurance.
• Own client relationships, present performance insights, and recommend strategic opportunities.
• Develop data-backed account strategies covering optimization, bidding, attribution, creative testing, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations that improve performance.
• Partner with creative and media teams and manage DSP, publisher, and other media relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital media experience focused on programmatic execution through The Trade Desk or another DSP.
• Strong expertise in display, online video, CTV, and retail media.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical skills, including performance analysis and working knowledge of statistics and probability.
• Experience developing strategies for campaign optimization, bid strategy, attribution, and creative testing.
• Ability to mentor junior team members, review deliverables precisely, work independently, and solve complex problems.
