What you will do
- Define the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise mobile platforms and applications.
- Lead mobile framework strategy across native iOS, native Android, and React Native.
- Design reusable frameworks, libraries, services, and developer tooling for mobile engineering teams.
- Establish standards for security, privacy, accessibility, performance, testing, observability, and release management.
- Build continuous integration and delivery capabilities with Bitrise and complementary automation tools.
- Partner with product, design, security, and platform teams while coaching senior engineers and technical leads.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting and delivering complex, production-grade mobile applications.
- Advanced expertise in Swift or Kotlin, with working depth in the other native platform.
- Experience with React Native and mobile continuous integration and delivery pipelines, including Bitrise.
- Deep knowledge of mobile security, accessibility, performance, testing, observability, and release management.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and an informed perspective on their impact on mobile engineering.
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial services.
- Experience releasing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Knowledge of iPadOS, macOS, and the broader Apple development ecosystem.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs, identity platforms, and cloud services.
- Knowledge of mobile app integrity, attestation, and secure secrets handling.
