Internal Auditor (Fintech)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with three days in the office

What you will do

• Lead planning, fieldwork, and reporting for simpler audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support complex audits by leading walkthroughs, identifying risks and controls, and executing testing.
• Raise audit observations with Internal Audit and business leadership and support report writing.
• Manage issue and action closure across audit engagements.
• Build relationships with group-wide stakeholders and collaborate with first-line, second-line, and operational risk teams.
• Monitor regulatory, policy, and procedural requirements and provide risk and issue updates to management.

Requirements

• Experience in internal audit.
• Experience in financial services.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work from the Kraków office three days per week under the hybrid working model.
