What you will do

• Support credit collection by building customer relationships via email and phone.
• Handle reporting and accounting tasks including postings, cash application, and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Assist in continuous improvement and Shared Service Center initiatives.
• Prioritize tasks to meet KPIs and support standard operations and projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, or related degree program.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish (C1/C2).
• Willingness to work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in Warsaw.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent communication.
• Eager to learn with a can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in helpdesk support, Excel, or KPI reporting.
