What you will do

  • Advise public sector stakeholders on compliance and integrity matters across international markets.
  • Localize public sector compliance guidance for priority EMEA countries and regions.
  • Partner with legal, business, and cross-functional teams to provide practical risk controls and deal guidance.
  • Build reusable playbooks, templates, and enablement materials for international teams.
  • Lead internal investigations when required, including scoping, interviews, evidence management, and written outputs.
  • Improve consistency and clarity in international compliance processes across jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Qualified attorney in good standing in an EMEA jurisdiction with several years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience advising on public sector procurement, government contracting, or related compliance issues in EMEA.
  • Ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal and compliance complexity.
  • Experience developing scalable guidance, templates, playbooks, or enablement systems.
  • Clear executive-level communication and strong cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in both in-house and law firm environments.
  • Investigations experience and familiarity with local requirements and practices.
