Head of SDK (AI)

Location: Austin, United States; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Build and maintain complex workflows and AI agents.
• Integrate the platform with LLM providers, custom LLM endpoints, and third-party APIs.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL and document database schemas.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDK Lead or Python Developer.
• Strong expertise in scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, major LLM APIs, LangGraph, LangChain, A2A architecture, and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of software architecture, data structures, event-driven architectures, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
• Experience with observability, including metrics, logs, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, and Jaeger.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
