SAP Global Label Management (GLM) Lead in Pharma

What you will do

• Lead the SAP GLM workstream across implementation, enhancement, rollout, and optimization initiatives.
• Act as the functional expert for SAP Global Label Management and related pharmaceutical labeling processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP GLM solutions.
• Lead solution design workshops with regulatory, packaging, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Define labeling processes, templates, master data requirements, and system integrations.
• Coordinate testing, validation, training, cutover, go-live, global template deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP GLM Lead, SAP GLM Consultant, or SAP Labeling Solution Lead.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Global Label Management, pharmaceutical labeling, packaging, artwork, and regulatory processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration, regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, GxP, Computer System Validation, and quality compliance.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Fluent business English required.
