IoT Solutions Architect

Location: Athens, Attiki, Greece; hybrid work with a blend of remote and office-based working, including the option to work from abroad

What you will do

• Design managed private network and 5G solutions for corporate customers and oversee deployment planning.
• Promote hirify.global’s 5G capabilities, including managed private networks and edge computing, through consultative customer engagement.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial offers and coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Lead service elements of customer contracts and collaborate with bid management, legal, billing, and sales teams.
• Coordinate project delivery from kick-off through handover to live service, managing technical delivery, timelines, P&L, and customer expectations.
• Advise customer-facing teams on managed private network technology and share local success stories with hirify.global Group.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in complex turnkey projects and service solutions.
• Deep knowledge of IP networking techniques, 3GPP protocols, and mobile network technologies, including radio or core networks.
• University or polytechnical degree in Mobile Communications or an equivalent field.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English, with the ability to explain technical and commercial benefits.
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects and stakeholders across complex global organizational structures.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Athens, Greece.
