What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations while maintaining oversight of technical solutions and client circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Analyze client situations and market developments to design tailored, future-oriented customer journeys.
• Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Integrate machine learning, AI, and cyber resilience considerations into technology solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT consulting experience delivering transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Understanding of IT organization and process development and complex business case creation.
• Professional communication skills in Greek and English, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
