🇨🇭 The Company: A Swiss-licensed fintech platform offering payments, FX, card issuing, and referral programs.
🎯 The Mission:You will be the first and most senior technical leader in the company. There is no legacy team to inherit—you will build it. Your Year 1 goal: migrate the platform off vendor servers, secure the infrastructure, and transform it into a multi-tenant SaaS product ready to scale and sell.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own the stack: Audit the architecture, manage vendor dependencies, and execute the migration to your own infrastructure.
• Build the product: Design partner APIs, make the build vs. buy decision for the payment gateway, and architect multi-tenant SaaS (tenant isolation, white-label).•
Build the team: Hire and lead the engineering squad, define the engineering culture, and bridge the gap between ops and tech.
🛠 What We Are Looking For:
• Fintech/Payments Leadership: Proven track record managing production financial systems (real money, high-stakes incidents).
• Core Stack: Deep expertise in .NET/C# (ability to take over, read, and evolve a large codebase).
• Architecture: Strong API design (REST/OpenAPI, webhooks), distributed systems, and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud ops (K8s/Docker, CI/CD, IaC, observability).• Communication: Flawless technical English to align engineering, legal, and executives.
