Senior System Engineer (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for complex infrastructure issues and inquiries.
• Assist with the implementation of infrastructure projects and assigned initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Apply technical knowledge, critical thinking, and established best practices to infrastructure service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience analyzing infrastructure technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+.
