Competence Center Manager (SAP)

Location: Based in hirify.globalen or Stockholm, Sweden, with a hybrid setup combining office and remote work

What you will do

• Drive skills development and competence planning across ERP teams, particularly within SAP.
• Lead recruitment and strategic sourcing in collaboration with HR and purchasing.
• Support employees throughout onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Coach individuals and teams to improve development and delivery effectiveness.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to change management, union collaboration, and EHS compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of SAP and the business context it supports.
• Experience in people management and change management.
• Solid knowledge of agile ways of working.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work from or be based in hirify.globalen or Stockholm, Sweden, under a hybrid arrangement.
