What you will do

  • Lead the production team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost-reduction goals.
  • Develop the Liquid Filter Production Cell as a strong and attractive workplace.
  • Build a safe, 6S-based manufacturing shop floor and production process.
  • Reduce quality complaints and production issues.
  • Develop employees and strengthen collaboration with related functions and global customers.
  • Improve the profitability of the Liquid Filter Production Cell.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a sincere and honest approach.
  • Ability to communicate with global teams and adapt to changing work environments and diverse teams.
  • Experience in plant manufacturing management.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement and facilitate problem solving with actionable plans.
  • Knowledge of quality tools including SPC, FMEA, and the seven QC tools.
