Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency (AML)

What you will do

• Complete transaction monitoring, screening alerts, investor documentation reviews, and investor transitions accurately and on time.
• Review investor documentation for trigger events and periodic reviews in line with AML procedures.
• Identify outdated or inadequate due diligence documentation and escalate material issues and complex cases.
• Support Ireland and UK Investor AML processes while coordinating with colleagues in Ireland, Bangalore, and Pune.
• Maintain AML process knowledge and recommend enhancements based on regulatory and best-practice changes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and the wider funds administration business.
• Understanding of the global Investor AML regulatory environment and effective risk management.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.
