Senior Application Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Participate in threat modeling for application and AI-driven architectures.
• Triage SCA, SAST, DAST, and CSPM findings, eliminate false positives, and provide validated vulnerabilities to engineering teams.
• Support vulnerability management for networks and infrastructure.
• Perform security assessments, design reviews, internal penetration tests, and application security program initiatives.
• Develop scripts and tools for log analysis, patch management, incident detection, and other repetitive security tasks.
• Build integrations between security tools and existing systems using Python, JavaScript, or Go.

Requirements

• 3+ years of application security experience, including threat modeling, secure design reviews, code reviews, or penetration testing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience with web application penetration testing and web application technologies.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS security and engineering.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Terraform, and REST APIs.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, eCPPT, eWPT, or Security+.
