Settlements & Operations Specialist

Location: Full-time, on-site in Limassol, Cyprus

European-licensed investment firm regulated by CySEC, specializing in portfolio management and traditional brokerage services for professional clients.

What you will do

• Reconcile client funds, financial instruments, and positions with custodians, banks, and brokers.
• Review and process client orders, maintain the order register, and enter orders into relevant systems.
• Process daily trading and ancillary-service settlements, including corporate actions such as income payments, tenders, and voting.
• Complete daily closing procedures in the Back Office system and prepare client, internal, and regulatory reports, including EMIR and transaction reporting.
• Set up financial instruments, update prices and rates, and maintain their sources in the database.
• Communicate with brokers, counterparties, and colleagues; support audits, IT-task testing, and cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and investment-firm operations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and a reliable, professional approach.
• Fluent English and Russian.

Nice to have

• CySEC Basic or Advanced Certificate.
