Field Product Support (Marine Electronics)

Location: Italy - Field; remote workplace with regular travel throughout Italy and occasional travel to other European countries in the Mediterranean region.

hirify.global, part of Teledyne Technologies, develops marine electronics and other high-reliability technologies, including Raymarine products for boat builders and marine customers.

What you will do

• Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, hirify.global, Maretron, and Octoplex products.
• Support OEM boat builders, dealers, installers, and end users across Italy and territories managed by Raymarine Italia.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues and complex customer cases.
• Act as the primary technical contact for technical assistance and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific qualification, degree, or secondary school diploma.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Good level of English required.
• Proficiency with IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Regular travel throughout Italy and occasional travel to other European countries is required.

• Previous experience supporting technical products or marine electronics.
