Senior Manager, Corporate, Pharmacy & Network Infrastructure - Express Scripts Canada (Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 125,000–135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise infrastructure operations across networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, datacentre, and operational services.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet requirements for security, resilience, availability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor service health, availability, patch compliance, incidents, capacity, and technology lifecycle management.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, operational risk, and major technical incident management.
• Manage operating budgets, resource plans, workforce strategies, vendors, and outsourced service providers.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams while communicating operational risks and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience supporting and managing enterprise infrastructure across multiple technology domains.
• 5+ years of leadership experience covering people management, service delivery, operational performance, and technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience managing infrastructure operations in complex, highly regulated environments, including vendor and outsourced service delivery.
• Successful employment is conditional on reference checks, background verification, and obtaining an Enhanced Reliability Clearance when required.

Nice to have

• ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, CISSP, or related certifications.
