Technical Onboarding Specialist (Shopify)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark, with a flexible combination of remote work and the Copenhagen office

Salary: DKK 35,000–45,000 per month

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding from signed contract through successful go-live.
• Map customer business processes, systems, and ways of working across e-commerce, finance, logistics, and customer service.
• Plan and drive implementation projects, including hirify.global configuration.
• Test and quality-assure setups to ensure stable go-lives.
• Train customer teams and support a strong operational start.
• Represent customer experience and insights internally to support product development.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce and deep understanding of Shopify.
• Familiarity with warehouse and shipping solutions such as WMS and TMS.
• Ability to work in a role combining technical execution and communication.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage several customer projects simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality implementation.
