UX Research Intern - Spring 2027

Location: Onsite at the West Midtown Atlanta location, Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Starting pay: $30 per hour

Daily Fantasy Sports platform covering professional sports and esports, including the NFL, NBA, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike.

What you will do

• Participate in end-to-end UX research studies with senior researchers.
• Help identify research opportunities and create research plans and discussion guides.
• Conduct usability testing and in-depth user interviews.
• Organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative data to identify themes and insights.
• Prepare and present research findings to product, design, and other partners.

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with UX research processes and qualitative methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical approach to identifying and solving user-experience issues.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Rising junior or senior undergraduate student or graduate student; prior UX Research internship experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Coursework or a degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio of UX research projects.
• Passion for sports and daily fantasy.
