hirify.global operates KRS, a retail platform supporting in-store point-of-sale, store Back Office, administration, and store applications across multiple tenants.

What you will do

• Build and enhance KRS features across POS, checkout, payments, refunds, exchanges, Back Office, KRS Admin, and the KRS Store App using AI coding assistants.
• Own the Odoo-based, multi-tenant architecture and design integrations with payment processors, Snowflake, and enterprise systems.
• Review, test, and correct AI-generated code, designs, estimates, and vendor merge requests before release.
• Manage code reviews, merge requests, Jenkins deployments, module upgrades, automated testing, and post-deployment verification.
• Lead root-cause analysis and hotfixes for payment, refund, settlement, and other production incidents.
• Collaborate with store operations, Sales Operations, project managers, vendors, and developers while mentoring the KRS development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including senior-level ownership of a production business system.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and the ability to review, test, and correct AI-generated code.
• Experience with software architecture, system integrations, payment processors, ERP systems, data platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, plus Git-based code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• English and Korean language skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Odoo development experience, particularly Odoo 18.
• POS, retail, card-payment terminal, multi-tenant, or offline-capable application experience.
• AWS, Docker, Snowflake, JIRA, Figma, and external vendor management experience.
