What you will do
- Maintain accurate project resource forecasts by collaborating with individual contributors, Project Managers, and People Managers.
- Coordinate technical resource assignments based on skills, experience, availability, and project timing.
- Partner with Practice Leaders to review resource requests and support current and anticipated project demand.
- Work with Sales to validate pre-delivery requirements and support smooth handoffs into Professional Services.
- Review sales pipeline data and lead resource planning meetings focused on upcoming demand and staffing needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and scale staffing operations as the business grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in resource coordination, resource management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and project lifecycle management.
- Experience in resource management and operations, ideally in a professional services organization.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
