TL;DR
IT Asset Management Specialist (Gaming): Managing the quality, accuracy, inventory, and lifecycle of IT assets for a global gaming organization with an accent on hardware and software governance, reporting, and compliance. Focus on optimizing asset utilization, improving IT asset management processes, and coordinating rollouts with local IT, finance, procurement, and global stakeholders.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; full-time onsite work required

What you will do
- Manage the lifecycle, inventory, quality, and compliance of hardware and software assets.
- Maintain accurate asset records and deliver reporting on availability, utilization, lifecycle status, and inventory trends.
- Support local, regional, and global IT asset management strategies, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate asset planning and rollouts with Local IT, Studio Management, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Promote asset reuse, efficient utilization, and cost-effective procurement decisions.
- Act as an escalation point and liaison for asset and inventory-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including lifecycle management, inventory governance, and asset tracking.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, gaming equipment, software, and IT asset management practices.
- Experience using asset and inventory data for operational and business decision-making.
- Experience working in IT Service Management environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience; ITIL Foundation, PMP, PRINCE2, IAITAM, SAM, or HAM certifications are advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting operational IT organizations.
- Project management, business process improvement, or data analytics experience.
- Experience with ITSM, asset management, inventory, or CMDB platforms.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
