Network Administrator (Gaming)

Location: Office-based in Paris, France; offices in Saint-Mandé

What you will do

• Install and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, private network links, and dedicated peering.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and expand network infrastructure and services.
• Evaluate technical requirements, designs, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Drive network automation and improve operational efficiency and consistency.
• Enforce network security policies and manage capacity proactively.
• Mentor new administrators, answer service requests, and resolve complex issues with partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Network Administrator.
• Expert knowledge of routing technologies including BGP and OSPF.
• Expert knowledge of switching technologies including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, VTP, and Layer 2/Layer 3 switching.
• Expertise in developing methods to resolve unprecedented technical problems.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, prioritization, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience automating infrastructure with Python and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud networking knowledge, particularly AWS and Azure.
