HR Business Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; on-site at a manufacturing and distribution site. The role requires 20–30% travel.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned employees, managers, and client groups.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, training, performance, talent management, recognition, and employee engagement programs.
• Handle escalated employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, terminations, disputes, and confidential investigations.
• Coach managers on performance improvement, development plans, progressive discipline, and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies while recommending improvements and identifying potential risks.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, new-hire orientation, and employee recognition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.
• Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and positive employee relations practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting manufacturing facilities is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
