Enterprise Architect – Data & Information Modeling

Location: Hybrid role in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Analyze business and analytical data requirements and translate them into structured information models.
• Define and maintain conceptual and logical information models across multiple business domains.
• Identify information gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities across systems, data sources, and processes.
• Align information models with enterprise architecture principles, business terminology, governance standards, and strategic objectives.
• Support data integration and harmonization for analytics and AI use cases.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Business Analytics, Data Management, Integration, Solution Architecture, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Information Architect, or in a similar senior architecture role within a large and complex organization.
• Strong expertise in information architecture, conceptual and logical information modeling, enterprise architecture, data governance, and information management.
• Practical experience using ArchiMate and understanding of data structures, source systems, integrations, data flows, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Experience supporting data-driven transformation initiatives and enterprise data programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, business analysis, and requirements management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Background in data platforms, analytics environments, or AI-enabled organizations.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks and information management best practices.
