Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — hybrid

Company

Building an agentic operating system for enterprise finance as an early-stage AI company.

What you will do

• Own technical strategy, architecture, and engineering execution for the product.
• Build and scale a complex enterprise platform from 0-to-1 through significant enterprise use.
• Design and develop production AI agent systems with orchestration, context, guardrails, and stateful workflows.
• Establish engineering practices and grow the engineering organisation while remaining hands-on.
• Communicate technical solutions with enterprise customers and security teams.

Requirements

• Background as a Staff or Principal Engineer, Engineering Lead, or Technical Co-Founder with genuine technical leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise automation, workflow systems, or agentic automation.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, domain modelling, and knowledge representation.
• Practical experience building AI agent systems in production.
• Strong understanding of security, auditability, and system correctness.
• Technical ability to remain hands-on with application development and architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise finance, revenue management, or other complex financial environments.
• Knowledge of agentic AI architecture, human-in-the-loop workflows, and exception handling.
• Experience designing traceable, verifiable, and auditable automated decisions.
• Exposure to SOC 2, RBAC, data residency, ERP, CRM, or billing integrations.
• Experience with GCP, DBT, Palantir Foundry, Laravel, PHP, or modern agentic frameworks.
