What you will do

• Maintain the ICLA database, including data entry supervision, data cleaning, backups, archiving, and quality control.
• Prepare internal area-level and country-office reports, as well as donor and cluster reports.
• Support data collection, processing, participant allocation, and integration of data from implementing partners.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and capacity building to ICLA field teams and partners.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities and contribute ICLA data to outcome monitoring.
• Support the rollout of the Kobli legal case management module and coordinate closely with ICLA and MEL teams.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in Ukraine is required; work permits and visa sponsorship are not available.
• University degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, social sciences, or a related field, or proven data management/reporting experience.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position, including data management and reporting.
• Experience with digital data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox and data management systems, including CRM solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a good understanding of data protection rules and regulations.
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes, especially data analysis and reporting.
• English knowledge.
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts and an interest in humanitarian work, internally displaced persons, and legal aid programmes.
